Can I cancel at any time?
Yes you can. Cancellation can occur at any time after your first 1 month (30 days) of service. In order to cancel your recurring payment or change payment method, simply contact Digital House Media prior to your payment’s due date by emailing support@digitalhouse.media.
What is a website content edit?
A website content edit covers anything that takes 30 minutes or less. Some examples are:
- any change to the text, photos, and videos on your site
- uploading images. adding a new photo gallery
- changing product images & descriptions
- adding new products to your store
- uploading and formatting a blog post
- adding events
- changing slider images
- adding additional fields to your contact form
- minor design changes like changing fonts and colors.
- adding a shopping cart to sell products
- setting up accounts with Paypal or Stripe (or any payment processor)
- Changes to the website’s theme structure
- Copywriting
- SEO and Analytics strategy, review, or consulting
- Interacting with third-party vendors, including the host, email provider, a plugin/theme’s support team, etc.
What is a Website Review & Evaluation?
We welcome clients who are looking for a long term partnership, however if we didn’t create your website, then we don’t know how the site was built or if there are any underlying issues. Because of this, we first like to do a Website Evaluation to makes sure your site can be brought up to the latest versions of all software without breaking anything.
What happens if my website gets hacked or goes down due to an update?
Our Website Care Plans were built to prevent these issues from happening. However, in the unlikely even that a problem should occur, you can be assured that we will be working to get your website up and running as quickly as possible with no extra cost.
Do you care for websites not using WordPress?
Our Website Care Plans are only available for sites built with WordPress.

What is included in the monthly support time?
All plans include WordPress and plugin updates, security, backups, and ensuring that your site is running smoothly.
Our Level 3 plan includes 5 content edits per month. A content edit is anything that would take 30 minutes or less.
Do I need to move my web hosting to you?
No, but we’ll let you know if your current hosting solution is suboptimal. We use “cloud” hosting, not “shared” hosting.
Shared hosting is where multiple websites share the same server resources (bandwidth, disk space, and memory allocation). Cloud hosting allows us to provide dedicate resources for your website and is optimized for efficiency and speed.
